She helped me through the whole process of the buy and was able to push things through in a short period of time so that I could get moved in as quickly as possible. Even when the seller was being a pain, she was able to get them in gear.

If you are looking for just a "listing agent" then she can do that, but she is a "selling agent" that can and will produce. She is not one to sit behind a desk and wait for an offer to come through a buyer's agent, she hits the road every day. I fully recommend Sandy and she will be my agent in the Charlotte area. (less)
