Born and raised in northeastern New Jersey to a family who had recently immigrated from Italy, Vincent began his career as a chef in the NYC metro. And in 2007, he moved to Lake Norman where he opened a fine dining, Italian themed restaurant in Davidson. Over the last 10 years, Vincent went through the process of purchasing and selling multiple properties of his own, and has always had an interest in real estate. In 2018, Vincent joined The McAlpine Team full-time, and brings with him the unique perspective of relocating from the Northeast to the Lake Norman area. As a North Carolina native, Ashley has a true appreciation for the Lake Norman area. Ashley grew up spending summers on the lake with her family and enjoying all that Charlotte has to offer. After graduation from High Point Central High School in 1997, Ashley attended UNC Chapel Hill and UNC Wilmington where she received both a Communication Studies and Elementary Education degree. Her real estate career started in the Wrightsville Beach area where she was awarded Top Listing Agent numerous times and achieved the Platinum Circle sales award. She also worked in new home sales and joined with the Emily Willetts team, where she handled all of the Wilmington general brokerage sales. After moving back to the Lake Norman area, she achieved her Masters in Special Education from UNC Charlotte. Del McDaniel is a second generation Army Veteran, born & raised in Mooresville, NC and who was stationed in Texas, Indiana, New Jersey, & Iraq. He served as a Liason to the British Army and spent his last years as a Retention NCO. He coached military personnel how to use their education, VA loan services, and other military benefits when transitioning into the civilian world. Later, he went on to have a 5 year career as a regional manager for the Kitchen & Bath Remodel Department at Lowe’s Headquarters. His background serving in the military & his experience with Lowe’s helped him to have the right mindset for customer service & attention to detail that a successful agent needs in a real estate career. Recent accomplishments include: 2019 Top Producer with over 3.8 million in sales and completing his full Broker License. Del enjoys spending time in Mooresville with his 5 children and wife of 3 years, who is originally from North Wilkesboro and Assistant Director of Nursing of Citadel.
